Severe Weather possible through late afternoon

Flash Flood Watch and a High Wind Advisory in effect for winds up to 45 MPH.

An area of strong to possibly severe storms will move through this morning producing heavy rainfall and hail and strong winds with the stronger storms. Another round of storms, possibly severe will move through this afternoon in advance of a cold front.

At 5:30 AM, radar indicated a line of strong to potentially severe storms moving out of central in to eastern MO. These storms will have the capability of producing very heavy rain, strong potentially damaging wind gusts, and isolated tornadoes.
