Outbreak - Tornado Watch soon

Plains Severe Weather Outbreak - The SPC is likely to issue a Tornado Watch for portions of OK and KS in the next couple of hours. This watch will probably include the PDS caveat which means that it is a "Particularly Dangerous Situation".
