Night of Severe Weather has come to an end...for now

*** HIGH RISK for Severe Weather this afternoon and tonight ***

Many reports of severe weather (hundreds) and flooding were received by the NWS. Most notably so far is the St. Genevieve Tornado. Daylight has come and we should be hearing more about this tornado this morning. My location in Imperial, MO received 1.2" of rain between 8:00 PM on 3/11 through 8:00 AM on 3/12. Lambert Field had a high temp of 81 yesterday. The record was 85.

  1. I went out Saturday night and all we observed were thundershowers from Ladue road and highway 270 about 9PM to High Ridge. In High Ridge my rain gauge measured .70 from Saturday night till Sunday Morning.

It looks like whomever receives this next round will get a big whack. Watch out for long track and deadly tornadoes Sunday in the surrounding area.
